Films must have a connection to adventure, nature, the outdoors, OR national parks.

Official selections will be screened in person at the festival and may be made available for streaming online the week of the festival.

    I am happy that, "Return Sasyk to the Sea" my documentary from Ukraine was screened at Denali Film Festival in Alaska. Environmental challenges are shared equally across the globe. Denali Film Festival is a great platform for filmmakers to have their voices heard.

    It was an honor to be selected and, of course, to be awarded Best Feature and Best Actor. I tried to attend but too many Covid hurdles stood in the way. I'm happy for those who did attend because photos and webcams of the area look amazing! Kim and Darrell were super-supportive of the film and I was happy to meet them & attendees via Zoom in a fun filmmaker Q&A session! Cheers, Harper ("Driftless")
