Delphine Kreuter studied modern literature. She practices photography. In 1997, she exhibited in Berlin and Paris at the Alain Gutharc gallery. She won the PARIS PHOTO prize. In 2000 she was the youngest artist at the FIAC where she was exhibited for seven consecutive years. She entered the collections of Yvon Lambert or Sylvio Perlstein, Antoine de Galbert, Christian Lacroix – with whom she collaborated many times. She has published four monographs and has several scholarships to her credit, including the Villa Medici Hors les Murs in Dubai.
Photographer, filmmaker, she produces more than twenty videos, regularly selected at the Rencontres internationales Paris-Berlin among others. His first short film, Marthe, was selected at the Clermont Ferrand Festival in 1997. His first feature film, 57000 km between us, released in 2008, was selected at numerous festivals, such as that of Tribeca in New York, Rotterdam, London, or Taiwan: Hou Hsiao Hsien awarded her the Special Jury Prize. In 2011, she directed Dubaï Flamingo, produced by Paulo Branco with Sergi Lopez and Vanessa Paradis, with the participation of Isabelle Huppert. She reunited with Alain Gutharc in 2019 for a solo exhibition that recounts her years in the Middle East, “Free and its opposite”, and the same year Paris Photo. His photographs are currently on display at the Yvon Lambert collection.
