Deconstructing Karen
The docu drama is taken from Authors Regina Jackson and Saira Rao’s event Race2Dinner; They require white women (over dinner) to confront themselves and to acknowledge their own racism and complicity in white supremacy, and the part they can play in tearing down systems of oppression. Discussions with white women over dinner about their complacency and acceptance around racism. Two rules: white women attend and can’t cry and must participate in the conversation.
