Graduated in Audiovisual Sciences, Fábio is a journalist, photographer and cameraman. He works as executive supervisor of sports filmmaking at Grupo Globo. On TV, he directed and filmed important sports series and documentaries. He was one of the cinematographers (seasons 1 and 2) of TV Globo's "Extreme Planet" series, an international Emmy nominee in 2012.
In 2017, he was the cinematographer and scene director of reality show "Ippon- A Luta da Vida", the first judo reality show of Brazilian television.
He made his film debut in 2012, when he wrote and directed his first short film, NÓS (released in 2019). He started there an independent filmmaker career, that gained momentum in 2016 with his second short film, FIM, which was presented in 15 festivals in 10 different countries, winning two audience awards.
In 2020, he presents: Delphine, his third short. An horror and dramatic tale that has in an immortal love its greatest plot.
His scripts have as main feature stories with strong human feelings that challenge the viewer to perceive truths in the smallest details
