Dead capital


The unemployed decorator Yura, in order to pay for the room, steals an old vase from the room of his neighbor in a communal apartment. However, when he realise what this vase means to his neighbor, and also gets to know him closer, his conscience begins to torment him. He will have to make a moral choice: to sell or return the vase.

Director Biography

My name is Khamichonak Alesya Aleksandrovna. I'm 21.
She was born in Minsk, Belarus. She graduated from high school № 2 with an aesthetic bias in the choreographic Department. In 2015, she entered the St. Petersburg Institute of film and television for the specialty "Director of feature films".
Now I'm in my fifth year. During the training she made 7 short feature films.
The film "Outsider" won in three categories at the festival "Concept" 2019: "best Director's work", "best editing", "best actor".
At the moment I am in the production of the diploma film.
