David Toolan has been creating videos ever since he could remember. Whether it was stop motion films of action figures or creating his first YouTube channel in 5th grade, David was always trying to create something for the world to see. Throughout high school he would film his best friends as they went out on adventures, cutting the footage into short videos featuring his favorite music at the time. Through this repetition, he discovered a love for music and visuals being paired together. In late high school he began working with local musicians to create low-budget music videos. He also began creating short films, as he found himself involved with the school television studio. After graduating from Parkland High School in 2019, David pursued a degree in TV/Film at DeSales University. Throughout his four years there, he went on to have his short films and music videos screened at countless film festivals both locally and internationally. He also learned what it meant to work with cinema cameras and on proper sets. He even got experience filming and working on an LED wall, similar to the one used on "The Mandalorian." Immediately after graduating from DeSales in 2023, David landed a full-time position at a production studio that creates television series that air on major networks.
