David Cash is a Director, Photographer, and Creative based in Toronto best known for his work running video for Pride Toronto.
David has been working in the entertainment industry since the age of 6 as a child actor and filmmaker. While mainly involved in theatre as an actor, he grew to love the craft of making alternate realities come to life. This passion lead him to land his first film in a film festival by the age of ten. After making many more short films and dropping out of school for musical theatre, he further developed his affinity for short form content during his time at McLean Watson Capital., a Toronto based Venture Capital Fund, where he worked as their Chief Artistic Media Director. David left McLean Watson to found Cash Talent Management, one of Toronto’s first influencer agencies which David ran for the better part of a year while working freelance as a social media consultant. CTM boasted a roster of over 30 top influencers who David helped connect with brands and both improve and monetize their online presences.
David is a video and photo artist with a passion for developing innovative and creative content. His commercial and music video work has been described as innovative and vivid. David attempts to take inspiration from the extremities of counterculture, and combine and commercialize these ideas to create clean, sleek, viral content that is prime for public consumption.
His recent self produced photographic gallery showing "RED" nearly sold out in a week and was deemed one of the "top 10 Art shows of the summer in Toronto” by BlogTO amongst other news outlets.
