Davey J's Garage is a startup art house screening room, located in a renovated factory building in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The room provides plush seating for 15-20 audience members to provide a high level of engagement and comfort as the film is experienced. Eau Claire, WI is well-known across the region for its thriving music scene and its physical beauty, a smaller city that celebrates the arts. Filmmakers are invited to grow with this venue, Davey J's Garage, through screening collaborations.
Filmmakers receive a percentage of revenue earned through the screening. While the Garage has limited seating (15-20 seat capacity), special events will take place at a second location with additional seating and more revenue potential.
