Director Biography - Ty Turley, Nastasha Strang

Nastasha Strang is primarily an actor in NYC. She has been in countless films and TV shows, such as Vox Lux, The Sinner, The Blacklist, Quantico and a new Netflix series, Hit and Run. In between auditions, Nastasha writes and produces original comedic content that can be seen on YouTube and IGTV. Nastasha is a fervent philanthropist. She donates 6% of her income to a new charity each month. Most recently, she donated to American Foundation of Suicide Prevention and National Women’s Law. She is also a voiceover artist and currently the voice of Google Chromebook. She would like to thank Google Chromebook for funding this series. ;-)

Ty Turley is a filmmaker and comedian in New York City. He earned a PhD and worked as a development economist for ten years. He is now pursuing an MFA in Integrated Media Arts at Hunter College.

I'm obsessed with all these YouTube dating coaches. They are insightful and hilarious. I fell in love with the idea of Clare having her own personal YouTube dating coach to guide her as she's out searching for her soulmate... and ultimately watching her fail, time and time again.
