Based on the writer's personal experience, "Danny's Friends" is an original short narrative script. Daniel Rush, who goes by Danny pursues new friendship among the friends of his crush, Gwenyviere Royal, who goes by Gwen, and asks her out, in an effort to escape an abusive friendship with Lena Burden.

Writer Biography - Ryan Watkins

Ryan Watkins is an Independent Filmmaker. He graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honors) from The Los Angeles Film School with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Filmmaking. And has had other credits in three short films, Lost in Thought (2023), Faith in Love (2023), & Free Will A.K.A. Our Destiny (2024). He resides in Kansas City, Missouri, with his family.
