Director Biography - Irvin Daniel Chávez, Mónica Gabriela Chávez

Irvin Daniel Chávez González (CHOBBIS) Michoacan artist born in Morelia, its capital, on December 23, 1995. He has academic undergraduate studies in two careers: the first as an intern and a graduate of the Bachelor's Degree in Specialized Foreign Language Education (English). And currently studying 7th semester of the Visual Arts career.

Director Statement

Since 2019 he works as an animator FreeLancer on the Fiverr platform where he has been able to work for international clients in the United States, Mexico, India and Singapore.
It takes as aesthetic inspiration popular culture, modern art, design elements, abstraction and of course, cartoons, television series, movies, comics and children's stories such as: Popeye the sailor by Elzie Crisler Segar; Felix the Cat by Pat Sullivan and Otto Messmer; Malcolm in the middle of LInwood Boomer; Nik Park and Peter Lord's Chicks on the Run; Tim Burton and Henry Selick's The Strange World of Jack; Coraline and Henry Selick's Secret Door; and Dr. Seuss books.
