Daequan Winbush is an African American screenwriter and director originally from Dorchester, MA. Raised by his mother in Manchester, NH, he found inspiration in his late uncle, Comilus Pope. From an early age, Daequan demonstrated a natural talent for performing, entertaining his family with dance routines. Despite facing significant challenges, including homelessness and the derailment of his high school sports career due to injuries and academic difficulties, he remained committed to his passion for filmmaking. In 2021, he launched "A Frankie Production" and directed his first music video, which paved the way for the establishment of "A Dark Titan Picture," focused on his comic "Titan Universe." Daequan released his screenplay "Terror Don't Sleep" on Amazon and is developing his latest project, "A Wish for the Devil."
