Logline:
A young boxing coach is struggling to organize the National Championship while his athlete is training to win it.

Synopsis:
October 2020, Romania is on alert due to Covid19. Between training and financing problems, a young coach is struggling to organize the National Boxing Championship - Juniors, although the access of the spectators in the hall is forbidden.

Doru Neamtu assumed the organization of the Championship but encounters difficulties. He needs money for the medical team (Salvarea - must be present throughout the competition) but also for prizes.
Among the athletes he trains, Constantin Bobu stands out, whom his friends call Doru. Like many of the athletes that Doru Neamtu trains, Constantin (Doru) comes from the Roma community and is a dedicated, obedient athlete, aware that sport can be a way out of poverty.

Calling on one of his friends who owns a gambling hall, Doru Neamțu presents Constantin (Doru) with a complete set of competition equipment (red + blue), inscribed Best Win. On the face of Constantin (Doru) you can read the joy and we witness an emotional moment in which we witness the strong connection between Doru Neamțu and the children he trains. Another moment in which we can observe this connection is the one in which Doru calls the father of one of his athletes who had gained 2kg in two days. The discussion is heated, tough, and refers to the motivation and determination that an athlete must show to stay in the category.

Using all the relationships and connections he has in his hometown, Tg Jiu, Doru Neamțu manages to obtain funding for the championship awards and the medical team from the most important security company in the city.
The short film ends with the last half of the championship final, 70kg category, where Constantin (Doru) wins.
