A first for the UK, the Pace Brothers and The Northern Shooting Show present the DNA Hunting Film Festival. We want you to share with the world great stories. Stories which showcase the very best of what it means to be a hunter in the modern world, and embrace the concept that conservation of wildlife, and sustainable harvest, needs to be at the core of everything we do. You don't need the latest equipment and the fanciest gear. What we care more about is the story you have to tell and how you let the audience experience that with you.

In a world increasingly critical of hunting, we believe it has never been more important to open the door. Invite people into our world through pictures and film, to help facilitate a greater understanding of what we do and why we do it. It is only through the combined efforts of hunters around the world can we begin to shift the tide of public opinion. Embracing honest experiences through great story telling, where hunting is related to conservation and the sustainable, ethical harvest of food, is something we can all do. Join us.

We hope this encourages a new wave of people who want to share their journey. More than that, I hope it encourages organisations and business connected with the shooting industry, to embrace a more supportive role when it comes to portraying positive messages about hunting and hunters. Just as The Northern Shooting Show has done here, along with the support from Sauer and Minox through Blaser Sporting (www.blaser-sporting.com) in the UK. This is invaluable not just for the film festival, but for the future of hunting.
