This surreal psychological thriller explores themes of isolation, national unrest, and misinterpretation. Elias reaches a state of despair, seeking solace in a desolate Watchtower with a malfunctioning radio, yearning for aid that never arrived when he needed it most. It becomes his sole purpose to reclaim control over his trauma.
Embedded within its narrative are metaphors and passages echoing: the devastating 2018 Attica wildfire, the severe impact that media has upon our lives and the global rise of violence. When enclosed within the confines of one's mind for too long, reality distorts, giving rise to a fabricated truth, one that severs the bonds of connection and ultimately begets violence.
