DAVE - Leave Me Alone
Depression: One persons suffering with conflicting emotions of anguish, pain, happiness and confidence portrayed as if they were two different people in conversation. This will hopefully show how people can reach an all time low very quickly when we often see them portrayed as if everything is alright

I started acting in my first role earlier 2013 mostly on stage , it wasn't until 2015 that i made my debut as a director, again on stage for the well known Blood Brothers. After that i started to write while continuing to act and direct on stage with occasional acting roles in short films. This gave me the bug to write some short films. I made my first two shorts in late 2019 directing one and acting in the other. I managed to direct and act in my last short film early 2020 just before Covid closed everything down. In the future I plan to focus mainly on films which promote health and wellbeing either as a fictional storyline or awareness films . I plan to do my first documentary on boxing based on life after you hang your gloves up and also a documentary on the struggles on the community when a fishing tragedy involving three different trawlers was lost at sea and how it affected the local fishing community in the aftermath over the years
I am so excited. I have only filmed 3 short films to date with one still left to edit. This is the first short I have entered into a festival . I've only ever shown it to family and friends and am looking forward to becoming a filmmaker. Good luck to all the filmmakers out there :
