Director Biography - Christopher J Avery

Chris Avery is a young filmmaker born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. With a degree in film from the University of Michigan, Chris Avery has begun his career as a filmmaker with his debut of "Crosswood." Currently you may find Chris stationed in Los Angeles, California as both a freelance video editor as well as a Post Production Assistant for the Amazon Prime show "Reacher."

Director Statement

This movie was made as a direct response to my mental health during the pandemic. My hope is that through the success of this movie, people may watch this and learn how to deal with their own depressive and self-destructive thoughts in response to their trauma.
