Bachelor and mastering on cinema studies. Filmmaker, film critic and festival director, programmer and curator. Editor of Multiplot Film Magazine, Owner of 7 a 1 Filmes, Director of Festival ECRÃ. Offers lectures regarding cinema auteurs and experimental cinema.
From 2009 to 2016 I've worked as content producer and programming assistant for Brazilian Kids Film Festival and did the same for RioContentMarket (also known as Rio2C) from 2011 to 2015. I've worked as curator for Indie Festival from 2010 to 2015 and distribution assistant for Zeta Filmes in 2014. During my time at Indie Festival I've had the pleasure to curate a program dedicated to Punk in 2015 and on the previously years, films directed by Evan Glodell, Sergio Caballero, Béla Tarr, Joe Swanberg, Hong Sang Soo, Claire Denis, among others.
In 2017 I've decided to make my first short film called Spikes Protocol, which was selected for 40 film festivals around the globe. In 2018 me and Gabriel founded 7 a 1 Filmes and directed Permanent Vacation. Also in 2018 I've released online my short film called Kurt Everywhere. In partnership with Piercing Productions I've directed my first feature film called Dark Horizon in 2019. It was selected for 10 festivals so far. Right now I'm working on the 2020 edition of Festival ECRÃ, a new issue of Multiplot is out right now, working on my master degree and on Crime Scene, my new feature film.
