Entries must be original works. Entrant must have legal rights to the film. Entrant gives permission to Creeper Film Fest to exhibit film during the 2018 festival with no royalties expected. Films must be of the Horror Genre. The entry does not guarantee a spot in the final program. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Creeper Film Fest is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Creeper Film Fest from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR FILMS
1. All content must be original if copyrighted material is used in the film supporting documentation that permission was granted will be required to proceed with the contest.
2. Film submissions in a foreign language must be subtitled in English.
3. Films must be under the time limit category in which they have submitted to if not the film will be disqualified.
4. You may submit multiple entries but each must be accompanied by its own submission form and entry fee.
5. If Selected Entrants are still responsible for their admission at a discounted rate of five dollars.
6. Screening requirements for films selected for exhibition are a short synopsis of the film and Trailers and posters(if available).
7. All films can be made available publicly online at any time before the fest. You are able to submit pre-released/older films as long as they are not under distribution.

If selected and Creeper Film Festival is unable to attain your work online for scheduling you will be notified via email in which another link or physical copy must be provided before September 10th to continue to be considered in the Festival.
9. Submissions of your film will be viewed only after your entry fee payment is received and paid in full. Entry fees are non-refundable and must be in U.S. dollars.
10. If eligibility requirements are not met, we reserve the right to disqualify any submission.
11. Travel/Boarding and Lodge will not be provided for Nominated Non-Local Filmmakers.
12. By Submitting to the Creeper Film Fest you acknowledge and agree to all rules and terms.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR SCRIPTS
1) All scripts must be submitted in English, and entry fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Entry in the competition is void where prohibited by law.
2) All writers' names should be listed in the online entry. By submitting online to the Creeper Film Fest Screenplay Awards Competition, entrant warrants that all writers have authorized the submission. If a screenplay is written by multiple authors, all and any awards will be remitted to the entrant of record.
3) To enter your script electronically, you must submit in PDF Format.
4) Entries will not be returned. Be sure to retain a copy of all material submitted.6) Entrants to the Creeper Film Fest Screenplay Competition retain all rights to their screenplays.
5) Entrants to the Creeper Film Fest Screenplay Awards Competition retain all rights to their screenplays.
6) You may submit your entry and payment either online through this website (see homepage) or through FilmFreeway. No preference will be given to either method of submission.
7) Entries must be received by the applicable Entry Deadline.
8) Once a script has been entered into the competition, we will not accept substitutions or revised drafts. If you wish to submit a revised draft of your script, you must enter it as a new submission.
9) The Creeper Film Fest Screenplay Competition, will not share your screenplay with anyone except the official judges of the competition without prior permission.
10) By entering the Creeper Film Fest Screenplay Competition, you represent that your entry is your original work, and does not infringe on the copyright or other rights of other people or legal entities. Entrant indemnifies Creeper Film Fest and its employees and subsidiaries and holds them harmless from any claims regarding infringement or dissemination of materials.
11) Entry fees are non-refundable.
12) For environmental reasons, we no longer accept hardcopy submissions my mail.
13) The decisions of the judges are final.
14) Creeper Film Fest reserves the right to make any necessary changes, postponements, or cancellations to competition scheduling at our discretion.
15) Notification of winners and official finalists will be sent by email and posted on our website. It is the responsibility of the winners to redeem any prizes allotted to them by the Creeper Film Fest Screenplay Competition or our sponsors. Applicants will be responsible for providing current contact information and mailing addresses for prize redemption purposes.
