Imagine achieving your life long dream of quitting your job and becoming an entrepreneurial travel blogger. First stop, the beautiful island of Bali. Then imagine you get news that there is a pandemic, but Bali doesn't seem to be worried. The country is still out & about and not social distancing. Then you start to hear from friends and family that you need to leave Bali as soon as possible because COVID-19 has reached a global spread. So you back up your belongings only to realize that borders across the globe started closing and not allowing transit flights...and you know there is no such thing as a "non-stop flight between Bali and the U.S." Then it sinks in that you very well may be stuck in a country where you have no family that has terrible healthcare, let alone that is not taking the pandemic seriously. It hits you that many people will die in Bali if mass an outbreak occurs. Well, that is what happened to Christina Bernhard.
