Response from festival:
We are very sorry for the miscommunication, if any. However, we did send out emails to everyone and we concluded the Award Ceremony in Mumbai with most of the film makers and even renowned Belgian director Rudolf Mestdagh attending the ceremony.
Let us also inform you that your short film "Shimga" has won the 'Best Short Film' in the runner up category.
