After successfully organizing Cotton City International Film Festival (CCIFF) 2024 with an Award Ceremony in Mumbai - the Mecca of the Indian Film industry and Bollywood, we at Jagar TV Group along with Sadguru Enterprises have now open submissions for our 2025 edition.

With films screened over two days, CCIFF is an all-inclusive and spirited festival designed to honor indie film makers and provide them a platform to showcase their film making genius and talent and judge the best films across all categories. Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies to the winners are part of the competition in categories are given. A Lifetime Achievement Award is also earmarked to an artiste/film maker of repute from India or overseas.

Apart from films in various competition categories, the Cotton City Film Festival Directorate is also contemplating screening of best films including retrospectives and best of festivals round the year. Special packages like Iran, Azerbaijan, Russian and Turkish films, French short films, films from South East Asia are being organized.

So here’s inviting you to participate in our next grand edition of CCIFF in January 2025. Submit your film and be included in our diverse program, and avail a chance to be one of the winners at CCIFF - a high profile eclectic platform for filmmakers that brings great talent and the industry together, and helps launch careers.

Rules & Terms

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUBMISSION & PARTICIPATION OF FEATURE FILMS / SHORT FILMS / FICTION FILMS / DOCUMENTARIES / ANIMATION FILMS / MUSIC VIDEOS./ Web series

 To be eligible for inclusion, Entry form should be completely filled in with all the applicable information. For added publicity and to promote your films on the web, with media and in the Festival program, you can send a press-kit of the film which includes film stills and director’s photograph on a separate CD / DVD as well as its hard copy.
 Participants can send as many entries as he/she likes. However, please submit a separate submission form for each film.
 To be considered for selection in the Opening Film category, the films should not have been presented in any Indian Festival or released on video / telecast / internet. Preference will be given to world premieres for films of high quality value and that carries a good message.
 Selection of Films for the CCIFF will be announced on or after April 30th, 2020. However, the festival committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever.
 The festival will not interact with anyone except the submitter and/ or the producer of the film. If any person - be it the actor, writer, director or anyone from the production crew tries to forcibly extract information about the status of the film from the festival authorities, the festival will have absolute rights to DISQUALIFY THE FILM from competition and/ or screening which you may kindly note. At the same time, the festival may take the decision to ban the production house completely from sending entries to the future editions of the festival.
 Open to filmmakers worldwide, all genres and lengths depending on the categories mentioned
 Filmmakers can submit more than one entry to the festival in any category.
 All films that are not in English must have English language subtitles
 Each entry must be a separate submission which includes form and payment for each submission.
 To apply for special categories including Best Film / Best Director / Best Experimental film and the like, Filmmakers have to submit in the main category and only then you will be eligible for the special categories.
 Any entry that comes only in the Special categories will not be eligible unless you have sent your entry in the main category - Shorts / Features / Documentary
 The Festival reserves the right to determine eligibility of any work submitted.
 Entry fees are payable through FilmFreeway payment systems and are non-refundable.
 The decision of the Festival committee will be final and binding.
