Director Biography - Daunessy Penn

Daunessy Shaitaire was born with a passion for 3 things: words, God, & truth. Daunessy has overcome many trials and tribulations from childhood abuse, homelessness, sexual assaults, and unfortunately so much more. Through her journey in life she has built a formidable faith in the understanding of there is purpose in pain. Daunessy is now positioning her life to aid others to catch the message of the power we all have to overcome, create better, & evolve into greater.

Director Statement

My entire life i have spent asking why. Growing up in my environment I needed to understand the pain that seemed to be passed around like candy. In that journey to understanding my own wounds I discovered a purpose of giving that same connectivity to others. My desire is bring forth a healing and my intent is build an everlasting brand that establishes more for everyone we are connected to!
