Condicionados

Condicionados follows the reality of Felipe Montoya, an economics student from a prestigious private university in Mexico. Felipe is under academic probation and throughout the film he experiences social inequality and the constant fear of losing his scholarship and his opportunity to study.

Director Biography - Art Goldrich

Arturo González Lozano (born July 23, 1999) known professionaly as Art Goldrich is a Mexican film director and producer, based in Texas. Art has worked in local television as a newscaster and reporter. Besides working on film, he has also published a novel titled "La Muerte de la Inocencia" under his legal name.

Director Statement

The purpose of this short film is to express and communicate the social inequality and clasism that I have perceived at private unversities in Mexico. For me, this is a meaningful story, because it accurately represents the situation that thousands of struggling Mexican college students live each day at their universities.
