The Compassion Film Festival is seeking films that celebrate and honor human engagement in compassionate activity. The festival accepts films that inspire audiences to actively bring more compassion into our daily lives and into the community. Quite simply put, our aspiration is to highlight those making a difference in the world and inspire the audience to do the same.
Our Mission is to inspire people and organizations to engage in compassionate activities by providing education and support that highlight the tools and resources to put compassion into action. To do this we will grow and nurture an annual Compassion Film Festival and Symposium that celebrates and honors people and organizations that are actively engaged in compassionate activities, inspiring others to do the same, through film, workshops, and hands-on activities. Our goal is that Compassion Fest provides an environment that promotes connection and collaboration to bring more compassion into our daily lives and the community at large.
The Way of Compassion Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that promotes the act of compassion as a powerful tool that empowers people to develop genuine happiness and remove the causes of suffering.
