Colony (কলোনি)

A college (high school) student, Hasan, goes to a tea stall on a night before his physics exam. He is quite under pressure of finishing his studies. But the simple conversation with the tea stall keeper, Rabiul, turns into something that Hasan never expected and what could threaten his life and also reveal a secret on the history of our kind.

Director Biography - Anubrata Nandi

Anubrata Nandi was born on August 11, 2000 in Tangail, Bangladesh. He started school in Sylhet, because his father was a teacher there. Then he moved to Dhaka at the age of Twelve. He got interested in making films and acting since high school. “Avoy (2020)” was his directorial debut. He has made “Gontobbo (2020)” and “Shotta/The Entity (2021)” since then. As a student of Jahangirnagar University, he made two films in 2022, "But, why?" and "Colony" respectively. All of his works so far is a students’ project.
He is currently a student of honours second year in Jahangirnagar University in Bangladesh.
