Alastair Cummings, born in Newcastle / UK, is an award winning filmmaker who has been creating films since he could remember. Starting his own production company in 2009, he's behind a camera or edit suite everyday.
Collection Only is a project that we are extremely passionate about, set in a world which John has worked in for years, as a social worker and PhD researcher.
It is packed with brutality and tenderness that will appeal to a diverse audience who will question how they would act if they were placed in this young couple's situation.
We want the audience to understand and root for Leon and Aliyah, while questioning whether they would make good parents.
