Director Statement

This is not a film about a collection born out of boredom, vanity or a need for show off, but an ode to dignity, stubbornness and the right of dreaming.

This film is about passion, will, and the need to preserve the history of cinema through it's machines.

Through the years I come to realise that the thing that drives me more than anything, is the hope that somebody, in this great wide world is fighting everyday to stop the rust and decay of time. The hope, that things can be different and better than yesterday. That life can come forth even in the darkest of times.

This is a story of such a man.
