Coffee at Dawn

Filmed guerrilla style during the pandemic to keep our creative energy alive, Coffee at Dawn, tells the story of two people grieving the loss of their respective partners and the friendships that come from an unexpected encounter.

A bond is formed over a morning coffee ritual and their journey brings realization that there are angels among us and in our darkest times, they will light the way when we need it most. Sometimes these angels join us for Coffee at Dawn.

Director Biography - Rich Adams

Rich Adams makes no apology for his raw and honest approach to writing. As a multimedia artist, Rich draws deeply from personal experience and translates this across music and film projects. Adams grew up studying classical piano and cut his teeth on the NYC music scene in the 1990’s.

Working by day in advertising, Rich learned the ropes of production and has lead teams to produce commercials and promotional videos for a host of corporate clients.

As a Composer and Music Supervisor, Adams has contributed to such films as Failure (Dir Chris Suchorsky) The Overlookers (Dir. Chris Smets), Cross the Line (Dir Albert Allie/Michael Arbouet), Oh Dalia 2 (Dir Seanie Sugrue) Springtime Forever (Dir Seanie Sugrue)

Most recently, Rich has penned an episode for the award winning Oh Dalia! web series and wrote and directed his first short film, Coffee at Dawn.
