As someone who grew up in poverty, I have a passion for sharing the stories of underrepresented groups and pride myself as a boots-on-the-ground journalist.

Originally I am from Pennsylvania, I wasn’t always planning on working in the media. Prior to college, I pursued a career as a professional snowboarder in Breckenridge, Colorado until I suffered a life-threatening back injury that changed the trajectory of my life. I then began attending Ithaca College and graduated with a degree in Journalism in 2020.
