Over the years, I have worked on various projects, such as filming an episode of ‘Bevallen met Bobbi Eden’ for I Care Productions and producing a promotion video for ESN. Director Statement

For me movies are a way of escaping reality. Forgetting everything around you while being invested in a character. This is what I want the audience of Clockwise to feel when watching our movie. You will be drawn at the very first scene, where you experience the nightmare of our protagonist. Together with a clock that is ticking and a protagonist with strong emotions creates this the perfect suspense, thriller movie.
To strengthen the suspense there will be almost no dialogue, environmental sounds and most of the acting is done by facial expressions. There will be a lot of hidden hints within the movie and piece by piece the story would become clearer and clearer.
The movie contains three colors: red, yellow and blue. Blue will be the primary color of the film, since it stands for the cold and darkness of the character and storyline. The second color is red for the uncontrollable feelings, danger, the forbidden and the controversial choice. The last color yellow is for power, anxiety and obsession.
Our story discusses selfishness, egoism and self control by letting the protagonist choose between money or love. It teaches the audience that in the end you will never know if you can rely on someone.
