VENUES: Use this Festival "TICKET" to bring the Climate Future Film Festival to YOUR community starting Nov. 1, 2023.

1) The Festival is FREE! for venues charging no entrance fee and taking no donations at the door. Your "TICKET" acts as your film deposit. It will be refunded in its entirety (minus a disk prep/secure shipping/insurance fee of $20) upon your return of the official Festival disk within 60 days of your receipt of it.

2) IF YOUR VENUE WILL CHARGE an entry fee or take donations at the door, then you have two payment options:

(Option 1) You may purchase this "ticket," which represents a licensing fee. It gives you permission to screen the Festival multiple times for a period of 60 days following your receipt of the official Festival disk. Or . . .

(Option 2) Do not purchase this ticket. Instead share a portion of your total ticket revenues, and/or donations at the door, with Merlyn Climate Grants, the festival Producer, in support of its climate education mission. Please call the Festival Director at 401-743-8489 if you prefer this option.

THE FESTIVAL is FREE when you do not charge admission to your screening!!

This $400 festival "TICKET" is fully refunded to your organization, minus $20 for Disk Prep/Secure Shipping/Insurance, when you return the official Festival disk.**

Your "Ticket" acts as a deposit. You must return to Merlyn Climate Grants the official Festival disk within 60 days of receipt.

IF YOUR VENUE SELLS TICKETS or TAKES DONATIONS AT THE DOOR, then your venue pays a screening fee of $400. This "ticket" purchase satisfies that fee, and you remain responsible for returning the official Festival disk following your event.

IF YOU PLAN TO CHARGE ADMISSION BUT PREFER A DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENT, ARE THERE OPTIONS?
Yes, you may share a portion of gross revenues from your screening with the 501(c)3 Merlyn Climate Grants, who produces the Festival. You'll be supporting the mission of Merlyn Climate Grants and the young climate leaders we support. Please call or text for details: 401-743-8489 (New York time zone). WHEN CAN WE BEGIN SCREENING THE FESTIVAL in OUR COMMUNITY?
NOVEMBER 15, 2023, is the earliest date to begin screening the Climate Future Film Festival in your community. Your festival "ticket" grants you permission for multiple screenings within the 60-day period following your receipt of the Festival file (sent to you on disk or thumb drive).

WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?
Your purchase is refundable within 30 days of your payment if you decide not to screen the Festival.

MAY WE SHARE OUR FILE with another organization, or sub-license it to others?
Your "ticket" grants permission only to your organization to exhibit the Festival at your facility, or a facility you have contracted, and does not confer permission to license or share the Festival file with another party.

**(We require that two officers or board members from your organization sign off on your statement of no revenues from the event.)
