My name is Clemente Esparza, II and I am an independant screenwriter from San Jose, California. My screenplays/storys are focused in the Horror and Cosmic Horror/Science Fiction genres. I am a life long horror fan and an avid gamer. Story is a big part of my draw to movies and video games. If there is an intriguing and captivating story - I'm in! Because of my love for story, I am constantly developing new concepts and ideas for something exciting.

I graduated from De Anza College with an AA in Film/TV Production and an AA in Film/TV Screenwriting. I have been active in the film festival circuit since late 2019. Since then, I have acquired 166 selections. 53 of those selections being Award Wins. I have written two original short screenplays, 'The Divine' and 'MADNESS' as well as one feature screenplay titled, 'Where the Black Sleeps'. The goal with my writing is to envoke terror, dread and a deep fear within the readers. Have them chilled to their core.
