Clean Up On Aisle Twenty: The Web Series
The Pilot | Episode One: The Mean Green Marketing Machine
Emily, a gen z female, is a new employee at the Melbourne based online fast fashion brand, Twenty. She begins in customer support, mostly resolving complaints by zany customers. The head office atmosphere is also full of chucklesome shenanigans. Her managing director is overly snooty and her colleagues are a riot.
Emily discloses confidential information about Twenty’s business model and supply chain through an Instagram live. This information misaligns with Twenty’s current sustainability marketing campaign. She reveals how they greenwash.
It’s a lengthy and comical process to rectify this incident.
