Christopher Di Nunzio is a photographer/filmmaker from Boston, Massachusetts, known for his cinematic style portraits and urban photographs. His films are atmospheric and tend to deal with the human condition. He loves the contrast of working in both b&w and color. He also takes inspiration from his love for travel and his curiosity of people and other cultures. "Visual arts to me is like speaking another language and it has allowed me to say and articulate more complex ideas, I have been able to discover who I am and understand the world around me better".
Ever since I started making films I wanted to try comedy. For some reason it never seemed to pan out until this year. Myself, along with the cast and crew wanted to show off our skills and still make something very artful, but have a good laugh while creating it. That film is Clean Up Duty. It’s a dark comedy combined with my other favorite genre, crime. The film plays as a straight up drama and we allow the writing to shine in order to highlight a more situational humor. The actors were professional and display a great execution of timing. My crew, which was very small, are hard-working, and very supportive and helpful and made the whole project really special. I always have good laugh on set, but actually having funny material to work with made this whole experience feel new. I really hope you enjoy the film!
