Rules & Regulations

The Competition open to all national & international Participants
2.
The Short Film Must be made after 01-01-2018.
3.
The Duration must be less than 30 minutes with credits.
4.
The subtitle of the film is must if it is not English, Hindi or Marathi Language.
5.
Submit the �lm in.AVI, .MOV,.MP4 format only.No other format will be accepted.
6.
Anybody can submit one or more than the entry. Multiple entries can be submitted but
with the separate entry form
7.
The entry fee Rs 600-/ for all. Amount paid by Cash /Cheque /Money transfer before
10-02-2019.Entries with late fee of Rs 800-/
can be send up to 20-2-2019.
8.
Entry Fees is not refundable.

Entries will be reviewed by a duly constituted Pre-Selection Committee and the
Shortlisted films will be the screen on 09-03-2019 &
10-03-2019 to the jury & viewers
immediately after that, the results will be declared.
11.
Jury decision will be final.T he participants must follow jury decide if there are any disputes.
12.
All rights are reserved at the Organizer Committee.
13. Each Participant nominated for screening will be given participation certificate. If you are unable to present at the time of festival
please collect the certificate from below address.
