Director Statement

“A story about misunderstood love. Parent’s love to their child, domestic violence, and forbidden love by their culture law.
I want to show the parents about the missing language in love, love between people, and their love to God.
Will love unite them?
Will God separate their love?

Questions that doesn’t necessarily have the answers.

With the beauty scenery and culture of East Nusa Tenggara, we tell the story about Bete’s love journey that hopefully will answer the questions about love.”
