1. Submission Deadlines
Early entry is encouraged but in no way guarantees acceptance.

2. Submission Eligibility
- There is no premiere policy for short films and music videos.
- Works-in-progress and films with distribution are accepted.

3. Premiere Status
- There is no Premiere policy for short films and music videos, they may have screened at other Festivals and/or online.

4. Submission Fee
All submissions for Cinema Los Angeles are to be paid by credit card. The submission fee is non-refundable.

    Well, I'm not sure what happened or why. I got accepted, but never heard back again from anybody at the festival. I didn't know when or where it would screen. I was planning on making the trip from Arizona and attend, but the day of the festival came and went. Never heard if they wanted a DVD or digital or what. Nothing. I was accepted into 52 festivals the last two years, and this never happen with the others. They had my e-mail and contact, so no excuse. I'm wondering now if they even screened my movie. I have a new short just finished, but I'll pass on this festival from this point on.

    Hi Jim, 4 months ago when you was pre-selected we by using the Filmfreeway option send you the notification letter that your film was pre-selected. We asked you many times to respond us and contact us. But only in 3 months after the festival passed we got this great review from you and 1 star ratting for everything. We never heard back from you anything. You never send us a letter. We think maybe our letters went to your spam folder?

    We were honored to screen in Los Angeles at this festival! It was also a great opportunity for our producer and lead actress who are based in LA to see the movie in a 4K DPC projection. Great venue, great organizers, would be very happy to screen here again!
