The filmmaker/institution that is submitting the film must own the rights to do so and is responsible for the content they are providing.
All cinematographic works must have been completed after January 1, 2009 with maximum length of 59 minutes.
Responsible for the film: Any natural or legal person of any nationality can participate.
Our jury screens the seasonal competition selections PRIVATELY (meaning: it's not a public screening!) and from there we select the winners.
The Festival is open to everyone. If you’re under 18, you will need to include a parent’s name and contact info.
Entries must be in English or - Subtitled, dubbed in English.
· Every submission has to pick one main category.
· Multiple entries are allowed for each filmmaker and each entry may be entered in multiple categories.
· All entries should be sent via FilmFreeway. Please don't send discs or any downloadable files to us.
· Works in progress are accepted. (must have a deadline)
· Absolutely no fee waivers.
· Entry fees are non-refundable
- Cineworld Film Festival organizers reserve rights change, cancel or re-schedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent or information to contestants.
- The organizers reserve the right not to award any or all of the prizes.
The applicant agrees to have read and accepted the rules & regulations for participation in the Cineworld Film Festival. The applicant confirms that he/she has the requisite authority or has obtained the requisite authority from the producer/right holder to enter this film at the Cineworld Film Festival. Under NO circumstance, the authorities of Cineworld Film Festival will not entertain or be answerable to anyone else apart from the applicant.
