We are a not-for-profit awards program dedicated to supporting independent filmmakers by recognizing excellence in filmmaking. Our film festival takes place in January of each year. Our mission is to promote the various aspects of independent film in all its forms.

Both first-time and veteran indie filmmakers are selected and every film genre is considered. Our festival has one cardinal rule: have fun. Art isn't worth celebrating unless you truly enjoy doing it.

Rules & Terms

1. The Entrant(s) submitting the film must hold all legal rights for the submission, as well as all necessary clearances for public exhibition.

2. The Filmmaker(s) retain(s) all submission and intellectual property rights.

3. Films may be submitted electronically via FilmFreeway OR through our website's submission form with the correct entry fee and a Vimeo link.

4. The Filmmaker(s) agree to allow their film to be screened during the Chrollie Awards Ceremony if necessary.
