Christina Walker: "No Last Dance"
“No Last Dance" is an inspiring documentary account of an African-American teenager's journey through life in a predominately white world.
With over $3,000,000 in academic scholarship offers, Christina Walker '20 had a huge life changing decision to make:
seek the prestige of an Ivy League institution or immerse herself in a high academic and rich cultural experience that only an HBCU could provide?
Furthermore, as the top career scorer for Georgia's private girls high school basketball class of 2020, does she still pursue playing a game that less than 5% of high school players will have an opportunity to play in college?
Or, as a rising, aspiring, and award winning sports journalist, does she instead head to one of the top broadcasting college programs in the country?
Maybe there is an academic institution out there which could be the right fit and have a combination of all four. Watch and find out!
