Christina Sledge was born in Brooklyn, New York, USA. She is a producer, director, and writer. She has written several books, co-wrote, directed, and produced Joined by Fate.

Christina holds a B.B.A. in Computer Science from Temple University and a Master's from The George Washington University. Christina is a believer in lifelong learning and has completed film and TV production studies at New York University (NYU) Tisch School of the Arts. She has been married to Edward Sledge Jr. since 2000. Christina co-founded Sledge House Media with her husband, Edward. She is a member of the Independent Book Publisher's Association and Sundance Collab.
