Christina Perez has been a multimedia arts producer since 2003 and a practitioner of holistic arts for 20+ years. Christina is co-producing, directing and the writer of the feature-length metaphysical sci-fi "Premonition: the Activation". This screenplay is the first in a trilogy series of films to be produced.
Currently she is writing part two and three. In 2020 she self-released, directed, produced and edited her feature-length documentary, and a podcast series of the complete interviews for, "Culture Interrupted on Cannabis". Both the documentary and film screenplay were written and produced in Oakland California.
Some of her previous work includes Editor for "Colors of Compassion and The Teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh" by Eloise De Leon, Writer, Director, Editor of soft-horror film-short "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?". She has held various roles on set from Production Assistant and Grip for Jason Mraz's online comedic video shorts "GratiTube" with Smooth E and Snehal Petal Productions. As well as video artist and Editor for art therapist documentary film project of Nikyta Palmisani "Trash House" and "Mensus Tent", a documentary vignette featured in the Mujers exhibit at the Centro Cultural de la Raza 2002. She was also the conceptual artist and Editor of "Dancing With Our Blood" for the 'women and dance through spirituality' thesis project of Mela Amaiya Saunders.
Co-directed and edited "More Than a Boy", which has been featured at conferences around the nation about drug abuse and support systems.
In 1995, (hometown) San Diego, she founded, owned and operated Cognitive RISE Productions. Produced commercial and marketing videos with event and trade show coverage. Partial client list includes: Phonak, San Diego Electric Sign, BizSanDiego Magazine, Centro Cultural de la Raza, Yraceburu Earth Wisdom, LandMark Events, Jennifer Von Borba, Greener Rhythms and OlivePR.
Today she lives in San Diego California, focused on expanding her holistic ecology (Global Curandera) and line of therapeutic blends (Just Alchemy) and avidly producing to feature, educate and inspire toward holistic living.
