During my years in High School, I started becoming aware and understanding green screening. I created multiple projects using chroma keying skills and focusing on lighting and audio, that I progressively became more knowledgeable. After graduating High School I went for my bachelor's degree in cinema studies and learned more about film history, theories, and production. I began using high tech equipment and started showcasing my skillsets in filming fictional films that I began differentiating myself from other students. After my four year program, I had a semester to understand what I wanted to do after college. I applied for becoming a post-production student at Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema outside of Steiner Studios and began collaborating with students. My first project involved creating a MOS (motor over shot). This allowed me to incorporate spit screen between two characters and combine story telling techniques for viewers to feel empathy and sympathy towards either character. During the Spring of 2018, I went down to Humestown Iowa to shoot a documentary about Jason Dent (A former Big Brother contestant) and his hometown. By visiting new cultural and environments in the United States, I was able to learn more about different people and their way of using media. I hope moving forward into the future, that I will become better in all fields of film and establish a working job were I can showcase my skillsets in editing and storytelling.
