Expanding his business prowess, Chivas began buying real estate and businesses in Rochester, NY. He owns Smiley's Convenient Store that he named after his dad and Grandma Gail's Wash House and laundromat that he named after his mom. He truly wanted his businesses to honor his parents who supported him in business and his art career.
