Children with terminal illnesses in a Mexican Children Hospital, along with their parents, show us how the Palliative care department gives them back their quality of life despite all the obstacles: discrimination, lack of money and disinformation.

Tessie G.A. is a Mexican film director and screenwriter. At the age of 18 she moved to Barcelona to study audiovisual communication at the UAB. She has directed several animated and fiction short films that have been screened at film festivals around the world, including "Mamacita".
With a passion for stories with social themes, justice and universal experiences, she presents "Children of Hope" as her first feature length documentary to share testimonies from the palliative care department inside a Hospital about hope and the hunger to live, no matter for how much time.
She currently lives in Bavaria, Germany.
