Director Statement

I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of miracles and the mysterious ways God works in our lives. With Charlie Moon Landing, I wanted to explore how the unexpected and extraordinary can shape our paths in ways we don’t always understand. Charlie’s story—a ten-year-old dreamer caught between time and destiny—is my way of reflecting on how even life’s strangest turns can lead to profound connections and acts of grace.

As a director, this film allowed me to blend humor, heart, and faith into a narrative that feels both whimsical and deeply meaningful. Charlie’s journey of waking up 65 years later, still believing in his childhood dreams, is a metaphor for resilience and the power of belief. At its core, Charlie Moon Landing is about the unseen forces that guide us and the beauty of miracles, both big and small, that transform lives. This project is not just a story—it’s a celebration of faith and the remarkable ways the universe weaves us together.
