Chandru is a multifaceted creative individual with a passion for storytelling and filmmaking as a Writer, Editor, Director and Producer. After earning his Master's degree in Communications Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Chandru initially pursued a career in Cybersecurity within the HealthTech industry. However, his unwavering love for the art of storytelling and the captivating power of the visual medium compelled him to follow his true calling in the world of filmmaking. He has demonstrated his creative abilities by crafting compelling narratives through his work as a Writer, Editor and Director, with a focus on Short Films and Documentaries. His skills in these areas allow him to effectively engage audiences and convey meaningful stories.

Beyond his own creative endeavours, he actively supports independent talents through collaborations via Filmmakers in Singapore, an indie filmmaking group he co-founded. Furthermore, he is the founder of THE NEXT STAGE PICTURES, an independent Production Company operating out of India and Singapore. Through this venture, he not only produces captivating content but also provides crucial support to first-time short format content creators, enabling them to bring their visions to life that resonates with audiences globally.
