What an honor to be selected and awarded for our film "Home From School: The Children of Carlisle" at this year's 2021 festival. From the first congratulatory email all the way through file delivery and in person attendance and hospitality, the Chagrin's festival team did an amazing job communicating and making the event very filmmaker focused. The audiences were engaged, the community showed up and amazing films were shown. Highly recommend this festival!

Very pleased to have our film "Catawampus" included in the 2021 lineup among so many high-quality films. Communications and promotion were top-notch from start to end. Wish we could've been there in person.

This festival is truly a gift to any documentary filmmaker. It is a beautiful village (think Gilmore Girls set), full of amazing and hospitable people who LOVE documentary film and the filmmakers who made them. You made both me and my film feel special and valued and I had an absolute blast. The homestay program was fantastic and I met so many talented filmmakers many of which I know I'll be connected with for a long time to come. Thank you!

Loved this festival! Mary Ann Ponce and her crew did their creative best to ensure that films were screened. They showed our documentary at a makeshift drive-in. Hats off to them for turning a lemon of a year into lemonade.
    Thanks,
