Central Arts of Bedford Monthly Movie Madness is a recurring, once-a-month event which seeks to present engaging and entertaining works of independent film. From features to shorts, we are looking for filmmakers with unique visions to share their work with our discerning clientele.

We've partnered with Minnesota-based Saint Euphoria Pictures to produce events which will run at least once every thirty days (actual dates will vary) and be themed based on the types of films we receive. These events will continue for as long as we receive entries. Films of all types, lengths and from anywhere in the world are encouraged, with special consideration given to Texas-based and Dallas-Fort Worth-based filmmakers.

Central Arts of Bedford is located in the heart of Bedford, Texas. Our ongoing mission is to create a space where art lives and provides opportunities for the community through art related events, educational lessons, and outreach programs. We strive to cultivate culture by showcasing the hard work and talent of independent artists.

Rules & Terms

Films of all types and lengths are welcome.

We seek movies produced anywhere in the world, with special consideration given to films produced in Texas and, in particular, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Since this is a recurring event, acceptance of your film does not necessarily mean we will program it immediately. Instead, we will wait until it fits with an appropriate theme.

Filmmakers are encouraged to attend the events at which their film(s) will screen.

Films with or without distribution are allowed.

Note: Ignore the event date listed. Since this is an ongoing, monthly event, it must be set so far in the future for our listing to work with the FilmFreeway system. Our first event is tentatively scheduled for December 2018 and filmmakers will be notified as soon as their film is accepted.
