"My soul chose to be born surrounded by lush nature in Venezuela. However, my Argentine parents decided to return to Buenos Aires when I was still a baby. I think that's why I always felt like a lost dolphin in a big city, searching for something deeper."

From an early age, CARO immersed herself professionally in various disciplines, from ballet and contemporary dance to acting, from opera and popular singing, playing music, practicing gymnastics, competitive figure ice skating, and more sports. She transformed her passion for the arts into a successful and critically acclaimed career, spanning 30 years as a lead actress and singer on screen and stage.

She earned a Diploma in Human Sciences, and her studies included mythology, philosophy, Latin, and Greek. Her deep personality led her to start practicing the Silva Method of Mind Control and Transcendental Meditation at the age of 11. She also embraced metaphysics and various spiritual practices, including Buddhism, Taoism, Zen, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu.

"I attended a Catholic school, but I was also drawn to learning about other religions as I understood that religion was not the same as spirituality."

Her acting debut was as a teenage lead actress in a musical series on CANAL 9, a National Television channel in Argentina. She worked as a regular and lead actress in numerous prime-time TV series, soap operas, feature films, and commercials broadcast on major national networks like Canal 9, Canal 7, TELEFE, Canal 13, on Disney Channel, in South America and Israel. She also modeled for major brands worldwide.

Her theatrical work stood out in successful musicals like her portrayal of "Lucy" in the famous Cibrián-Mahler musical "Dracula" at the age of 23, or as one of her last work on stage, the Argentine production of the Broadway show "Young Frankenstein" by Mel Brooks, where she played the lead role of Inga. For this role, she received nominations for the A.C.E. and HUGO awards, the Argentine equivalent of the Tony Awards.

"When my artistic career was just beginning to flourish, my greatest work of art came to life unexpectedly when I was only 20 years old. Being a mother is the greatest blessing and gift I have received in this life. Life wasn't easy and my son was my best teacher. I was faced with abuse from a young age, and I wanted to be the best version of myself to raise my child in the path of love, light, respect and freedom."

After a successful career in Argentina, a traumatic life changing event led her to leave everything behind, moving to the United States in 2014, focusing on future studies for her son. Finally, in 2015, they settled in Los Angeles, California, where she alone managed to land roles in TV shows and work for international shows on CBS.

She faced more challenges and by the end of 2017, she felt compelled to seek inspiration for her music closer to dolphins. Following her intuition, she traveled to Hawaii for a few weeks, which eventually extended to months and then years.

"I found myself on an island on the other side of the map, but for the first time, I felt 'at home.' After 9 months, I experienced a 'rebirth,' waking up from a spell and realizing it was time to embark on a profound healing journey."

At the end of 2018, her transformation journey began alongside the release of her debut album, "SINDHU", a project she had been cultivating since 2010. Released in September 2018, the album was considered for a Grammy Award just two months later. Named after her long-time alter ego, "Sindhu" symbolizes the world's waters, encompassing all meanings of the Ocean. She composed, produced, and recorded the album with deep intuition. She mixed sounds of nature, such as birds, dolphins, a rooster, and her cat's purring, into the tracks, creating an immersive sonic tapestry. Singing universal mantras and translating her lyrics into Sanskrit, so words wouldn't interfere with the journey. Additionally, her son Lucas co-wrote a song, showcasing their shared musical synergy and commitment to artistic expression.

For seven years CARO immersed herself in inspiration and her love for our Ocean, while surfing, diving, and delving deep empowered by the "mana", the energy of the Hawaiian Islands.

At the moment her home base is in Los Angeles, although she has the freedom to travel often. Her new album "OMYSTICA", is released in January 2025, along with directing musical short films manifesting the beauty of transformation and ancestral healing.
As the creator of OCEANISM, a holistic project she is developing, CARO states: "Seventy percent of just the surface of the planet is water, and it's even in the air we breathe. For me it's Planet Ocean, which connects us all. All the waters of the world are interconnected, just like us. Our bodies are mostly water, with water being a powerful conductor of energy that responds to frequencies capable of helping us heal, transform, and reconnect with who we really are."
